Zoe Brigham, PTA

Zoe Brigham, PTA

Zoe received her Physical Therapist Assistant’s degree from Madison College in 2018. Having a few sports-related injuries that lead her to being in physical therapy throughout high school and college, she understands the importance of exercise and taking care of the body for preventative and rehabilitative purposes. Starting with Sport and Spine shortly after she graduated, Zoe enjoys working with her patients, focusing on active listening so that she can properly tailor each treatment session to the needs of the patient. After taking a continuing education course with the International Spine and Pain Institute focusing on pain management for patients in chronic pain, she happily works with these patients helping them understand what their pain truly is and what she and they can do together to decrease it. In her free time, Zoe enjoys playing volleyball in various leagues, taking her dog for long walks, increasing her knowledge in the physical therapy world and travelling.
