Peter Rahn

Peter Rahn, PT, MPT

Peter Rahn, PT, MPT received a Bachelor's degree in Human Biology in 2001 and a Master's degree in Physical Therapy in 2003 from Marquette University. He began practicing in Illinois, spent time at a clinic in Washington and has been at the Fort Atkinson clinic since 2007. Peter enjoys working with patients of all ages. He treats a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions, keeping an emphasis on manual therapy combined with rehabilitative exercises to maximize function. He has also been extensively trained for TMJ and craniovertebral dysfunction. Peter is a certified ASTYM therapist.

Anne Farrar

Anne Farrar, MPT

Anne received her Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 1993. After working as an actuary for three years, she felt drawn to refocus her skills to work in healthcare and help people achieve their physical goals. She returned to school and earned a Masters in Physical Therapy from the Mayo School of Health-related Sciences in Rochester, MN in 1999. She has taken many continuing education courses in areas including advanced manual therapy, sports medicine, and balance training. She joined the Sport and Spine team in 2005.

Spencer Agnew

Spencer Agnew, PT, DPT

Spencer Agnew, PT, DPT earned his Bachelor’s degree in Physiological Sciences in 2014 from Marquette University and Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) fom University of Wisconsin - Madison in 2018. Spencer clinical interests include: orthopedics, running injuries, return to sport rehabilitation, vestibular rehab, neck pain, and lower extremity injuries. He enjoys working with individuals of all ages and looks forward to helping you with your next musculoskeletal ailment.

Jolyn Baldry

Jolyn Baldry, PT


Jolyn is a physical therapist that has been serving patients at our Fort Atkinson Sport & Spine Clinic since 2003. Jolyn received a bachelor of science degree from University of Minnesota in Kinesiology followed by study at the Mayo Clinic of Health Related Sciences where she earned her Masters in Physical Therapy in 2002. During her professional career, Jolyn has specialized in women's health and pelvic health services to assist women during pregnancy and post partum stages of life as well and men and women that are challenged incontinence, pelvic pain and sexual dysfunction. Jolyn is an active mother of 4 children and is motivated to provide treatment from the perspective of someone who can relate fully to experiences/body changes as result of childbearing and the maturation process women experience across the lifespan.
